If your child will taking a leave of absence/trip for 10 or more than days, please contact the front office at (808) 305-5300. The parent/legal guardian will need to come into the office to fill out the necessary paperwork and a letter describing the reason for the extended leave/trip for the withdrawal.
Please note that upon you return from your Extended/Leave/Trip, you will need to notify the office of your return so the student can be re-enrolled to Dole Middle School.
If your child will be transferring from Dole Middle School to attend another school, please contact the front office at (808) 305-5300. The parent/legal guardian will need to come into the office to fill out the necessary paperwork.
Please allow 3 - 5 business days for the processing of the Student Release.
If your child will not be attending Dole Middle School in SY 2025-26, please contact the front office at (808) 305-5300. After July 1 of the upcoming school year, the parent/legal guardian will need to come into the office to fill out the necessary paperwork for the withdrawal.
