Hawai'i State Law requires all students to meet physical examination, immunization, and tuberculosis clearance requirements before attending a childcare facility, preschool, or public or private school in the state.
All in coming 7th grade students must complete a Physical Examination, Required Immunizations, and a Tuberculosis Screening (if they have NOT been attending a Hawai'i School).
