In 12th grade, C-CAP (College, Career & Academic Planning) supports seniors as they launch into their post-high school journey. This semester emphasizes finalizing key personal and career documents, practicing interview skills, and completing postsecondary plans. Students will polish their Nā Aliʻi Digital Portfolio and develop confidence for life beyond high school, all while deepening connections to their ʻohana and school community.
