Students with IEP/ 504 Plan

Any student who holds an IEP or 504 Plan can take those to college. All colleges have an additional application process that should be completed after you apply to the school of your choice. Below are the steps for Riverside City College and Norco College. If you are planning to attend a different university please see the career center for help with this process.

RCC Students- Disability Resource Center

  1. Complete your RCCD Application. Scroll and click APPLY ONLINE NOW.

  2. Complete the DRC Application for Services.

  3. Submit a copy of your documentation (IEP) to DRC@rcc.edu or deliver to the Disability Resource Center on campus.

  4. Schedule an accommodations appointment with a DRC counselor. Appointments are available in person, by phone or Zoom.

Norco College- Disability Resource Center

  1. Be a Norco College student.

  2. Submit DRC Application ​

  3. Submit verification of conditions/disabilities to drc@norcocollege.edu

    1. ​IEP/504 Plan/Psycho-Ed Report

    2. ​Letter from Physician

    3. Disability Verification Form (to be filled out by medical/mental health professional)

    4. VA Rating - Veterans Affairs ​(9 Line Request Form​)

  4. If you do not have access to disability verification, you can see Norco College Health Services​ for a medical assessment. Please call 951-372-7046, or visit them on campus.

  5. Call our office at 951-372-7070 to schedule an Academic Adjustments appointment with a DRC Counselor.
