Video 1 - Workspace Setup

Setting up your workspace for the first time in .ai

• Window: Control

• Windows > Toolbars > Advanced

• Opening & "Peeling off" toolbars (Swatches and Stroke)

• Edit > Preferences:

  • General 

    • Scale strokes and effects

    • Zoom with mouse wheel

  • User Interface > Canvas color:  White

  • Performance > Uncheck: Animated Zoom

Video 3 - Navigation

• Z(oom)

• Zoom out (ctrl - )

• Hand Tool (spacebar)
