HOW TO SEND PROPER ART
* Do not use (send us) copyrighted images, or images with watermarks.
Preferred Formats (in order best to worst)
1. Adobe Illustrator (Vector format)
Send Ai file
Create outlines for all text
2. High-resolution .png files
With transparent backgrounds
You don't need a background color to represent shirt color.
High resolution = minimum 200ppi (pixels per inch) at actual size
For example, if a design is to be 10" wide on a garment:
200ppi x 10" = 2,000 pixels wide
In Google images, when you select an image, it will show you the pixel size in the bottom right corner.
In this case, the image 1200 x 1200 pixels.
1,200 divided by 200 (pixels/inch) gives us 6" wide, but that is for the WHOLE image including the "box" around the Jaguar!
This Jaguar can only be ~ 5" wide, or else it will look blurry/pixelated.
After you download an image, please check to see if it was downloaded correctly!
3. CANVA
Please share the Canva file with us.
All images you use in Canva must meet above requirements!
If you bringing images into Canva from the web, send that original actual file/image, as well as sharing the Canva file.
