OVERVIEW

Explore the various ADJUSTMENTS in PIXLR to learn some of the possibilities for editing images!

PART 1 - ADJUSTMENTS

1.  Find a fun color picture on Google Images.

2.  Make sure your image is wider than 800 pixels!

3.  Right click on the image > Copy image address

4.  PIXLR/E > LOAD URL > Paste the image address to open

5.  Make a duplicate of the Background Layer

6.  Rename the new layer > Edited

7.  Rename the original background layer > ORIGINAL

8.  All edits will be made on the new layer!

9.  Make the following ADJUSTMENTS (turn in the following files):

 (screenshot, you DON'T need to APPLY) 

9. 1.  Original 

      • File name: Adjust 1 Original Last Name

   2. Desaturate (to make black & white)

      • File name: Adjust 2 Desaturate Last Name

   3.  Auto B&W (Black and White) 

      • File name: Adjust 3 Auto B&W Last Name

   4.  Hue (change color)

   5.  Vibrance

   6.  Temperature and tint

   7.  Posterize

   8.  Invert

   9.  BW, then Invert

   10.  Color lookup
