Despite the obvious differences, we've made sure the content of a Zoom onsite experience is as close to a traditional onsite as possible. You'll be asked the same types of questions and get the same amount of time with each interviewer as you would during an in person interview.
As in a traditional in-person onsite interview, please feel free to take breaks as needed. We're all human, so don't hesitate to let your interviewer know if you need a quick break.
Use this time to ask questions of any of your interviewers. We want you to have all the information you need to make an informed decision about your next role.
After you have met with the interviewing team, you will have a brief 15-minute meeting with your Recruiter or Recruiting Coordinator. After that, feel free to exit out of the window or click "Leave Meeting" in the bottom right corner of the screen.
We know you are eager to hear about the next steps. Our team aims to move as quickly as possible and respect your time. Your recruiter will inform of you a timeline that you can expect to hear back from us. If you have any deadlines on your end, please let us know!
Following your onsite, you will receive an email from Greenhouse containing a brief, optional survey on your experience interviewing with Juniper Square. The survey is anonymous and will not affect your employment outcome with us, but we highly value your time and feedback.
Occasionally, we offer the option to candidates local to SF or Austin to come meet some of the local Interviewers in person. Our coordinator will provide all the details you need to ensure a successful visit. Let us know if you have any quesitons.
