Review the interview confirmation email for important details about your virtual onsite. Reach out to your recruiting coordinator or recruiter with any questions.
Download the Zoom app and ensure your audio and video are working (see below for detailed instructions on this)
Set up your interview space - if possible, find a quiet spot with good lighting, and face directly into the camera
Get comfy - we're a casual virtual office (many of us wear jeans and tees), so please wear whatever makes you feel your best and there is no pressure to wear business attire.
Many of our interviews are structured around behavioral-based questions. To prepare for these types of questions, you can read more about the STAR Method as a way to respondÂ
Check out the Business Hub or Tech Hub to learn more about the interview process for specific business or technical roles.
Make sure you have the most up-to-date version of the Zoom application installed. We ask that you use the desktop app rather than connecting via a web browser to ensure the full functionality of the screen-sharing feature
If you need to install Zoom for the first time, you can do so here: https://zoom.us/download
You may want to use the following test link to ensure the app was downloaded correctly and that your audio/video is working properly: https://zoom.us/test
Click the link provided by your recruiting coordinator in your interview calendar invites to join the Zoom call
Enter your name when prompted
Select, "Join audio conference by computer" and ensure both video and audio are turned on
During the interview, you may be asked to share your screen or use the Zoom whiteboard function. Once in the call, click the green "Share Screen" button on the bottom center of the toolbar. You'll see a variety of options to share your screen - you can choose to show your desktop, a specific application, or share a whiteboard with your interviewer, depending on what is needed for the interview
