Recruiter Screen: You’ll start with a phone interview with one of our recruiters. You can expect to do a walk-through of your background and how this role aligns with your career goals.
Interview with the Hiring Manager and/or Practical assessment: Depending on the role, you will have a Zoom interview with the hiring manager and/ or complete a practical assessment.
Hiring Managers will be able to share more about the day-to-day of the role and evaluate your general knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Practical assessments may be used for roles where there are technical skills that need to be evaluated such as abilities in excel and migrating data. Some roles have case studies or role plays during this stage too.
Virtual Onsite (see below): In this round, you will meet with 3-4 people and each person will be responsible for interviewing specific skills or knowledge areas. Your recruiter can prep you on the areas of focus for each interview. It's like you will meet with people on the team, someone cross-functionally, and the hiring manager or another leader in the business.
Structured interviewing: All interviewers will assess the potential for growth beyond the position you’re interviewing for, and focus on evaluating how well your background and skills meet the focus areas, along with how they relate to Juniper squares values.
Focus area questions: There will be a mixture of questions and discussions regarding your previous experience and the challenges you've encountered. The best way to answer is with detailed examples that are concise and structured.
