What should I wear for my interviews?
You may also want to know that our team is quite casual (especially in this work from home era!) Our team usually shows up to work in jeans, t-shirts, button-downs, or blouses. Please wear whatever makes you feel your best!
What is the structure of my interviews?
Please refer to either the Business Hub or Tech Hub pages
Do I need to download any external programs/ share my screen?
Yes, you will need to download Docker (If noted in your Virtual Onsite Confirmation email) and Zoom. Be prepared to share your screen if requested by the interviewer.
Will the interview last the entire specified time?
Yes. Interviewers are also instructed to leave the last 15 minutes of the interview for candidate questions, so we recommend that you come prepared with some!
What do I do if I experience technical difficulties?
If you experience any technical issues, please contact your Recruiting Coordinator via email or phone and they will do their best to resolve the issue.
Will I receive prep material prior to my Onsite?
Your Recruiter will either give you a prep call or you will receive a prep email 24 hours prior to your interview.
Is it imperative that I take my interviews in a traditional working space?
No expectations - whatever works best for you, works for us as long as you have a good internet connection. If at any point connection is tough, you can switch to a phone call and let the interviewer know.
Where do I find the Zoom link for my interviews?
You will find the zoom links for your interviews in your calendar invites sent from our Talent team.
Can I exit and re-enter the call during a break?
Yes. If your schedule includes a break, you can feel free to exit the call and rejoin when your break is over. Or feel free to put yourself on mute and turn off your video and leave it open on your screen.

Click the arrow next to the microphone icon on the toolbar. Ensure that audio is coming from the correct source.
If you're wearing headphones, try again without them if possible.
My camera isn't working/I accidentally turned myself into a potato and don't know how to fix it.

I'm in the meeting, but no one else is here.
If more than two minutes have passed since the interview start time, please email your Recruiting Coordinator and Recruiter.
