Memorial Behavioral Health

1.) Memorial Behavioral Health has established an emotional support hotline, available at 217-588-5509, to provide support to individuals who are experiencing anxiety or stress, even if they are not MBH patients. This hotline is operated by trained mental health professionals, and is staffed 7 days a week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

2.) MBH – Jacksonville is continuing therapy and community support services, for new and existing clients, via teletherapy, during the pandemic. To enroll in services, please contact 217-245-6126.

Midwest Youth Services

Midwest Youth Services (MYS) serves at-risk, runaway and homeless youth, ages 9-18. They offer 24-hour, 7-day-a-week crisis intervention, mediation and emergency shelter to at risk youth. You can contact them at (217) 245-6000.
