APFITA Board Meeting (12:30-14:00) will be held at Room 405 on the 4th floor of the venue on November 7th. After receiving your lunch box, please gather in the meeting room.

The pre-registration desk is located on the 4th floor of the venue.
Welcome party (snacks & drinks) will be provided after pre-registration at Room 406 on the 4th floor of the venue.

Chairpersons
Please arrive at the room at least 5 minutes before the session begins. While the chairs will oversee the proceedings, we kindly request your cooperation in helping to keep the sessions on schedule.
How to Make Your Presentation
All presentation slides must be created in English. Please make your presentation on your own PC. There will be one Windows PC available at the venue. If you bring your presentation data on a USB memory stick, you can use that PC to make your presentation. The version of PowerPoint prepared at each presentation venue will be in 2021. Please check in advance that your presentation slides are working properly.
Only HDMI cables will be provided. If your computer does not have an HDMI port, please bring a conversion cable.
Presentation and Q&A Time
Each oral presentation is allocated a total of 15 minutes, comprising 10 minutes for the presentation itself and up to 5 minutes for questions and answers.
