Registration Cancellation Policy:
All the cancellations of your registration have to be requested by October 6, 2024. Full refund of the registration fee minus an administrative fee (max. around 5%). Cancellations requested after 6 October 2024 are non-refundable. Please contact to apfita2024@jsai.or.jp if you cancel the registration.
Technical Tour Registration (Closed):
Technical tour (November 8) has reached its capacity, and registration is now closed.
We sincerely apologize to everyone who was unable to participate in the tour.

1) Due to the large difference in exchange rates between JPY and USD, the local organizing committee discussed and determined to revise the participation fee. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
2) The registration fee must be paid by the following credit cards that support 3D Secure. If you have any difficulty making the payment, please contact from the page (https://sites.google.com/jsai.or.jp/apfita-2024/contact).
3) The registration fee for the general participants (Standard and Student) includes conference pack, lunches (3 days), banquet, technical tours, and farewell party.
4) The registration fee for the accompanying person includes lunches (3 days), banquet, technical tours, and farewell party.
5) Invoice system
We are not a registered invoice-issuing business under the invoice system, so we do not have a qualified invoice-issuing business registration number. Also, the participation fee is tax-exempt.
