Topics: identifying numbers 1-90, sequencing numbers, and greater than/less than
Goal: The goal of this unit is to master identification of numbers 1-90 within a large field with real world based exemplars. This unit also works on sequencing numbers by filling in missing numbers and identifying what comes before or after. The skill of sequencing is continued by working on identifying numbers that are greater than or less than, all done with real world exemplars.

Topics: calendar numbers/math, temperature, and simple addition word problems (0-5)
Goal: The goal of this unit is to work on utilizing a calendar for functional purposes such as finding the correct date, answering comprehension questions about a calendar, filling in dates, and counting down days. This unit also teaches how to read a thermometer to 10 degree intervals. The unit works on addition word problems for digits 0-5 and teaches how to create the number sentence and solve for the answer.

Topics: divide in half, match coin to price tag, and simple addition word problems (0-7)
Goal: This unit teaches how to correctly divide a shape into equal halves. This unit also teaches the value of a penny, nickel, dime, and quarter in relation to price tags. The unit works on addition word problems for digits 0-7 and teaches how to create the number sentence and solve for the answer.

Topics: answer who, what, where questions with numbers, time to the hour, and simple addition word problems (0-9)
Goal: This unit incorporates answering who, what, and where questions into math instruction by practicing answering these questions in relation to number concepts. This unit also teaches time to the hour in relation to real world based exemplars. The unit works on addition word problems for digits 0-9 and teaches how to create the number sentence and solve for the answer.

Topics: measure with a ruler, basic kitchen math, and bar graph
Goal: The goal of this unit is to teach how to use a ruler to measure common objects to the nearest inch. This unit also introduces common kitchen tools: 1/3 cup, 1/4 cup, 1/2 cup, and 1 cup as well as a variety of sizes of teaspoon and tablespoons. Identification and discrimination of these tools is worked on in functional formats. This unit teaches the comprehension and use of a bar graph for a variety of types of information.

Goals: The goal of this unit is to teach how to use a ruler to measure and compare two items. This unit works on identification of which item is longer or shorter. This unit works on matching one, five, ten, and twenty dollar bills to a price tag. This unit teaches the comprehension and use of a line graph for a variety of types of information.

Goal: This unit teaches how to add 3 coins and match to a price tag in a variety of formats. This unit also teaches time to the half hour in relation to real world based exemplars. This unit teaches the comprehension and use of a pie chart for a variety of types of information.

Topics: time to hour and half hour and basic money word problems
Goal: This unit also teaches time to the half hour and hour in relation to real world based exemplars and focuses on building discrimination skills. This unit works on basic money addition word problems that include adding small groups of coins or bills and teaches how to create the number sentence and solve for the answer.
