unicameral - (of a legislative body) having a single legislative chamber.
currency- a system of money in general use in a particular country.
tariff- is a tax imposed by a government of a country or of a supranational union on imports or exports of goods. Besides being a source of revenue for the government, import duties can also be a form of regulation of foreign trade and policy that taxes foreign products to encourage or safeguard domestic industry
creditor- a person or company to whom money is owed.
treaty - a formally concluded and ratified agreement between countries.

ratify- sign or give formal consent to (a treaty, contract, or agreement), making it officially valid.
furious- full of anger or energy; violent or intense.
discontent- a person who is dissatisfied, typically with the prevailing social or political situation.
