Exploring Technology

Welcome to Exploring Technology!  This class is for 8th Grade students!  It's one semester and has a $10 lab fee.

What you need to bring to class:

• Pencil

• Notebook (recommended, but not required)

• 2 Liter bottles (as many as you can; hopefully between all of us we can get enough to design and build water-bottle rockets that we will launch in the soccer field outside the classroom)

What we will be doing this year:

• Rockets!

• Game Design / Coding with Game Maker

• Woodturning with small lathes (pens, keychains, baseball bats, etc)

• Build Design / Building

• Graphic Design with Photoshop & Illustrator (Adobe)

• Assorted other activities as time and resources permit
