The Report Card Review

The book, The Report Card by Andrew Clements is about a middle school girl named Nora, who is a genius. However, Nora feels as if the students at her school are very stressed with school related assignments, grades, and tests. This makes Nora dedicated to help stop some of the stress by making a plan to get bad grades on all her assignments and tests. She wants to prove that you aren’t considered “dumb” or “stupid” if you have bad scores, and that you aren’t better than everyone if you have good scores. Her friend, Stephen, feels stressed too, but closer to the end, he begins to join Nora's side and helps her come up with a plan when her first one fails. Overall, this book is very good and suits all ages above seven, leaving a positive and negative side on the school system.

I think Fortnite is a very fun game. It has a lot of things you can do in Fortnite. For example if you like scary games Fortnite has scary games or if you like pvp games Fortnite has that to. Fortnite also has a lot of cosmetics that are called skins. Fortnite also has collaboration with movies or rappers like they had a collaboration with Travis Scott and also had a collaboration with the ninja turtles. You can also play with your friends and can play with 16 at a time.

Colin in Black and White.

 Colin in Black and White is a tv show about the football player, Colin Kapernick. In the show they talk about his childhood. They talk about his tough situations he had to go through. Colin was adopted by a white couple. Colin was very good at baseball but he had more passion for football. His dream was to become a professional football player. He always wanted to be a quarterback but he was too skinny. Colin got cornrows, when he went to his baseball game his coach got mad for having cornrows. His coach said that if he keeps the cornrows in he’s gonna kick him out. This drama series from Colin Kaepernick and Ava DuVernay explores Kaepernick's high-school years and the experiences that led him to become an activist. I really enjoyed watching this. If I could, I would re-watch it again. Overall I rate this show a 9/10!
