For this document I am interviewing a kid named Dom in 7th grade for the student spotlight, during this I will be asking him some questions that have to do with the school. The questions I will be asking is how his 7th grade year is going and If he’s ready for eighth grade, also I will be asking how his years went and how it’s going, lastly I will be asking him what his Favorite parts of the school year was.

I asked Dom how his 7th grade year was going and he said it’s going great because he has all A’s and it’s the easiest grade. I asked Dom if he’s ready for eighth grade and he said yes because he’s ready for school sports and because he has good grades and is ready for hard stuff.I asked him if his years been doing good and how it’s going he said he’s been suspended and 4 lunch detentions but he has had good grades and has good grades right now so it’s getting better. Lastly I asked Dom what his favorite parts of the school year have been, he responded by saying he was happy about the switch in related arts so we can learn a lot. Also he said that he loves the voyage team and how kind they are and the voyage teams schedule. Also Dom said he liked the new people and friends that he has made so far.

In conclusion I hope you learned a lot about what Dom's thoughts were and how the average student thinks about school, and how he enjoys doing sports and getting good grades.

Food Review

By Hailey D.

This review is about the food at Summit. Some days summit food is terrible and other days it’s good. Some people don’t even have the school food, they bring in their own food. (Home lunch). You can also use your own money and buy snacks from their A'la Carte or vending machine.

One item on the menu is the walking taco. This item is very popular. This meal comes with:

  • Doritos

  • Shredded lettuce

  • Cheese

  • Meat

  • Sour cream

You can choose what items you want to include in your meal. This is good because some people have different preferences than others.

Another meal is the spicy chicken sandwich. This one is not as popular. It is a chicken sandwich that is a little more spicy than usual.

If you don’t like the menu you can always get a salad, yogurt, or turkey. You can get extra meals each day but it costs extra money each time.
