Note: Unless you were already in contact with JVP Staff to finish the chapter charter, we are currently having new and re-emering groups sign as Pods.
You've already reached to your chapter leadership and set up a charter meeting. Now, prepare to discuss and sign the charter by making a copy of it below. Share the charter with leadership to read & annotate ahead of the meeting. (Remember: you can ask your Chapter Organizer to help facillitate your charter meeting or you can self-facillitate.)
Please put your chapter’s name in the title of the Google Doc and at the top of the document, and be sure to turn on “anyone with a link can edit”. Note that the purple boxes are the places where you are asked to type your discussion notes for each section.
