Sunset Hall:

Sunset is our newest hall on campus with the best view overlooking Rocklin. Sunset Hall lives up to its name and provides amazing sunset views. It is conveniently located next to an outdoor bbq and fire pit, as well as offering large balconies.

Living room, a common area with a fridge, table and chairs, and comfy furniture with a smart TV per wing
Large study lounge with recreational games and a place to build community with your entire hall
Community restrooms with several private showers and toilets
Fully air conditioned
Security card access system

What Is Included In The Residence Hall Room:

Twin extra-long bed and mattress per student
Desk, chair, wardrobe, and 3 drawer dresser per student
Thermostat

Room Capacity:

Double, triple, or quad rooms
Predominantly all sophomores and transfer students with some juniors and seniors
There are a total of six wings, with each wing having approximately 20-30 students
