This week in science we will continue our unit on Heredity and Adaptations. We will continue with our exploration of genes and heredity through the use of our fun and fictional group of animals called "larkeys". We will learn important terms such as: Dominant, recessive, genotype, phenotype, heterozygous, & homozygous. We will also begin the use of "Punnett Squares" and explore how genes are passed through generations, sometimes "disappearing" and "reappearing".
