Download and print out the "Agreement Form" for that trip. They can be found on the following pages. If you do not have a printer, please go to the "Contact Us" page, find your schools coordinator, and have your student see them for a copy.
Complete the "Agreement Form"
Mail the first payment and this completed form to the following:
Space Camp and Washington, D.C. - mail or drop off to the travel agent at All About Travel: 809 South 8th Street Louisville KY 40203. Payments may be made with a credit card by calling the travel agent.
Kenya, Africa - TBA
Any money received without the Agreement form will be returned to sender.
The travel agency will notify the trip coordinator of your participation. You will receive an email confirming you enrollment by the trip coordinator.
