Who can use the BHFRC?
The BHFRC serves all students and their families of Bloom Elementary and Hawthorne Elementary and the surrounding Highlands community.

Monday-Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm
Evenings and Saturdays by appointment, if needed.
Voicemail is available 24 hours a day; all calls will be returned.
The BHFRC is also open throughout the summer.
