Meet the Staff

My name is Evangeline and I am a junior in high school. This is my first year on journalism and I joined the layout team, I prefer creativity and perfection which is why I prefer the layout team, I love hanging out with my friends, and I am very  involved with our school. My favorite past times is watching my favorite show (Bobs Burgers), playing with my two Siamese Cats Nuka and Iris, watching SNL with my family and being with my friends any chance I get. I love cracking jokes and am at most part a very vocal person.

Hi, I'm Chloe, I love to write, spend time with my friends, and shop. I enjoy doing my makeup and dressing up in cute outfits. I live with my mom, sister, and father, and we have one cat. I love rainy weather and my favorite holiday is christmas. I love collecting different things, and I am definitely a cat person.

Hi, my name is Samra Halilovic, I am 14 years old. I am an Editor and apart of the Layout Team this year for the 24-25 Bear Neccesities. I like to write about worldwide and school issues. I enjoy writing poems as well. I love to play volleyball, hangout with my friends, shopping, etc.

I write articles about any and all sports and anything sports related at Brown or Louisville as a whole. I am the person to go to with sports related ideas for the newspaper and in general I will be receptive to any ideas. I hope to write the best and most informational articles about sports that even those who don't enjoy sports overall can understand and enjoy.

I am a writer for the brown school paper and write mostly editorial papers. I specialize in research mostly, informing you of thoughtful facts, information, and solutions.

I like to investigate the unknown and understand the meanings and wonders of the world. I like to spend time by myself and research mysterious topics to understand another story about them that people don't always see. All of the stories I research play a part of what I believe in and create ideas for me to write about and give detail on.

My specialty and my interests are with sports papers and reporting on different topics pertaining to sports in general. I like to bring personal experience into my papers and relate to the reader as much as possible

My name is Jamison. I am a great writer. I specialize in many different things such as music, detective intuition, sports, reading, games, eating, debating/public speaking, writing, punctuating sentences, seeing, hearing, pumpkin designing, etc. I'm hilarious, creative, infectious, kind, compassionate, thoughtful, intelligent, enthusiastic, amazing, don't forget humble, and near the human embodiment of perfection. I like crab legs and snow bunnies

When I write, I like to write about things I like, and that is primarily fiction, sports, and gaming. I like to play football, and other games in my free time, so these topics usually cross over into my writing. Another thing I like is watching anime and horror content! Which just as equally spills into my writing. And with this, comes my articles!

Hi, I'm Alyssa Cravens. My favorite artist is Billie Eilish,and I have danced since I was 4 years old; and my favorite type of dance is lyrical, contemporary and hip hop .Some of my favorite shows are Grey's Anatomy, Gilmore Girls, The Office, Friends, Stranger Things, and Boy Meets World, and 13 Reasons Why. I love hanging out with family and friends and I am very interested in the medical field and when I get older i would like to pursue my dream as a pediatric surgeon.
