Green Mountain Rams Football
By: Hudson, Bodee, & Tucker
The Green Mountain Ram football team is one of the best in the state. They have shown huge growth throughout the year. Last year they went 6-5. This year they are undefeated. This year has been a huge surprise to all green mountain fans. The last time they won a championship it was 1999.
They have gained many new amazing players this year such as their QB, Zach Wallace, Wide Receiver Kolton Brown, and their Running back, Dominic Sanchez. Last week they beat their longtime rival Evergreen by one point in double overtime. Now they are 4-0 at home and 1-0 at away and 1-0 neutral. Their head coach Jesse German has been very proud of the team’s success. The team has been through a lot of adversity since last year's losing season so the fans and players are very excited for the Rams this year.
This year Zack Wallace has had the biggest impact on the Green Mountain Rams offense he has 463 passing yards and 403 yards rushing. Many people say that Zack Wallace has had a huge impact on the green mountain rams. But according to the stats Zach Wallace has just been an impact on the offense. He plays linebacker but only has 2 tackles in 6 games, so he is not really helping the defensive effort, but he has had a humongous impact on the offense. The Rams are going to be great this year.
