SRMS Weightlifting Club for incoming DRHS freshman
Are you an incoming freshman? Would you like to be part of a football program that went undefeated in regular season play two years in a row (2020/21), has been to the 4a STATE Semifinals three of the last six years, and has won the Jeffco League title 5 of the last 6 years? Then join us for Summit Ridge weightlifting club this winter/spring with Coach Behrendsen and Coach Scofield from Dakota Ridge. Preliminary meeting will be on January 16th. "Lifting" will begin February 3rd every Monday & Wednesday after school from 4:15 - 5:15. Please complete and bring the forms below to Coach9 (room 2406) prior to lifting at SRMS.
