I was introduced to tennis at the age of 12 by my parents.  I played for a local high school and qualified for the Colorado State High School tournament at #3 singles as a junior in High School.  I played on 2 College teams before focusing my last 2 years on academics.  During this time, I also coached junior team tennis and taught lessons for Foothills Recreation District, Columbine Knolls Recreation District, and Fort Collins Tennis Club.  More recently, I have been teaching tennis to kids in elementary school as part of after school programs in Douglas County School District where I work full time as an IT Director.  Tennis has always been my greatest passion and I play in local leagues every summer and winter.  I look forward to sharing what I have learned about the game of tennis, strategy, and sportsmanship with our team!
