Our makerspace is a collaborative, community work space for creating, learning, exploring and sharing. We have various resources available-- from high tech to no tech. The spaces are open to our students, teachers and classes. Examples of our maker equipment includes 3D printers, laser cutters, cnc machines, photo printer, sound engineering studio, Cricut Makers and even a sewing machine. We have supplies for knitting and crochet, woodburning, and painting. The makerspace is a true community space as students teach staff members as often as the reverse.
Our goal for the Makerspace is for it to be an opportunity for our school community to build a growth mindset. We want them to explore, collaborate, and create. We believe in encouraging our staff and students to nurture a lifelong love of learning.
