After you apply, you will get a CCSF ID number. You will need this number for the following steps.
Make sure you have completed the online orientation. It is very helpful and also required. If you haven't done this yet, click here. After watching the video and taking a short quiz, it will ask for your CCSF ID number. Make sure you enter it in correctly. This is how they will know you have completed the orientation.
You needed to have completed the orientation before beginning this step. Read your emails from CCSF as they will also email you about how to get this step completed. The 1:1 counseling appointment is to help you map out classes and options for the fall at CCSF. It is required before you can register for classes.

CCSF is free if you live in SF but there are expenses that you have to cover for things like books and program fees. We recommend that you complete a financial aid application to help support you with these expenses.

If you have a social security number, fill out the FAFSA. If you do not have a social security number, fill out the Dream Act.
