We will use EPA Maps to show how land use has changed in a local area.

EPA maps can also be used to help students examine many other features e.g. soil type, water quality and pollution.

Activity

Use the EPA GIS Map website below:

  1. Search for your chosen settlement.

  2. Show how land use in your chosen settlement has changed over time.

  3. Post your results and answer the questions in the Padlet below.
