JCFN主催のEquipper Conference (EC) は、海外でキリストに出会った日本人クリスチャンたちが、キリストによって遣わされる者として、日本に帰国する前に、彼らをequipする（備える、整える：エペソ4:12）ことを目的としたキャンプで、EC Youthは、その一部のプログラムです。2020年に初めてのEC Youthをし、今年で2回目です。

Equipper Conference (EC), hosted by JCFN, is a camp that targets Japanese Christians who were saved overseas and equips (Ephesians 4:12) them to be ambassadors of Christ before they return to Japan, and EC Youth is part of the program. EC Youth alone was held for the first time in 2020, and this is the second time.

EC Youthは、ユースとユースリーダーが、主と新たに出会い、主に触れられ、主に人生を変えられるため、彼らがequipされる（備える、整える：エペソ4:12）ことを目的としたキャンプです。

エペソ人への手紙4:11-13

｢こうして、キリストご自身が、ある人を使徒、ある人を預言者、ある人を伝道者、ある人を牧師また教師として、お立てになったのです。それは、聖徒たちを整えて奉仕の働きをさせ、キリストのからだを建てあげるためであり、ついに、私たちがみな、信仰の一致と神の御子に関する知識の一致とに達し、完全におとなになって、キリストの満ち満ちた身たけにまで達するためです。｣

The purpose of EC Youth is to equip  (Eph. 4:12) the youth and youth leaders to be touched by the Lord and have a life-changing encounter with Him.

Ephesians 4:11-13

"And he gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the shepherds and teachers, to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ, until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ,"

日本生まれ、また、アメリカ生まれのユースとユースリーダーが一つの場所に集い、バイリンガルで行われるECを通して日本人への宣教の心を持つようになることです。

大学生になったときに、日本からの留学生に福音を伝えたり、学校や仕事で日本へ行って福音を伝えるようになることです。また、将来、牧師、宣教師などになる人たちが起こされることも、祈り、願っています。

Our prayer and hope is for the youth and youth leaders born in Japan and the US to gather in one place and develop a heart of mission for the Japanese people through their experience at EC, which is held bilingually.

That, as they go into college, they can minister to international students from Japan or go to school or work in Japan and minister to the people there. We also pray and hope for future pastors and missionaries to be called out from the youth.

ユースの対象年齢は、12歳〜18歳で、学年は中高生です。ユースリーダーは、18歳以上です。

ただし、親御さんが参加する場合、弟妹の参加（0歳から11歳）も参加できますが、大人のプログラム、キッズプログラムやナースリーはありませんのでご了承ください。

The eligibility for youth is to be between 12 and 18 years of age or be in middle/high school. You must be over 18 years old to be a youth leader. If a youth's parent is also participating, then their siblings (0-11 years old) are eligible to come. However, please understand that we do not offer any adult or kids programs.

全て日本語と英語のバイリンガルで行われます！

なお、上記にもありますように付き添いでこられる大人のプログラム、キッズプログラムやナースリーはありませんのでご了承ください。
