To help our dancers feel confident and prepared, parents are responsible for providing the appropriate clothing and footwear for each class. At the start of the season, all students should have the required shoes and basic attire. Detailed information about shoes, tights, and class-specific dress code can be found below.
For your convenience, we recommend shopping through Discount Dance Supply. By using our JCDA teacher ID (linked below), you can easily purchase shoes, leotards, tights, bags, and accessories—all in one place. These curated lists will include direct links to recommended items for each class, making it even easier to get everything your dancer needs for the season.

If you'd rather try anything on in person, there are a couple of fantastic dance supply stores in our area. We have a preferred store listed at the bottom of the Class Attire page for your convenience.

Parents are responsible to provide their child with the clothing and footwear they will need to be successful. Below, you will find specific shoe, tight, and class attire information.
