HEALTH & SAFETY PROCEDURES
At Jaclyn Carol’s Dance Academy, the safety, well-being, and comfort of our students and families is always at the heart of what we do. We are proud to create a clean, inclusive, and welcoming environment where every dancer feels supported, valued, and excited to learn.
We kindly ask families to keep dancers home if they are not feeling well so we can keep our studio community healthy. Hand sanitizer is available throughout the studio, and while masks are not required, we fully support families in making the choices that feel right for them.
To help keep all of our dancers safe, JCDA is a peanut and tree nut–aware facility. We do not sell any peanut or tree nut products, and we ask that families avoid sending snacks containing peanuts or tree nuts into the studio. Your cooperation truly helps us care for every member of our dance family.
We take great pride in maintaining a clean and comfortable space. Our studio is cleaned and sanitized each evening, with a deeper cleaning completed weekly. High-touch areas are regularly maintained, and our UV air filtration system supports overall air quality throughout the facility.
The safety of our dancers is extremely important to us. Security cameras are in use throughout our lobby areas, and our studio operates with one main entrance to help us keep a close eye on who is entering and exiting. Our café-side door is exit only to support safe and smooth traffic flow.
Dancers may be dropped off or walked into the building through the main entrance and should arrive no more than 10 minutes before their class begins. Families are always welcome to stay in our designated lobby areas during class. At the end of class, dancers will be dismissed into the lobby, and we appreciate prompt pick-up so our teachers can transition to their next classes smoothly.
For everyone’s safety, we ask that dancers wait inside the building for their rides rather than outside. Keeping our students supervised and safe is always our priority.
At JCDA, we believe dance is for everyone, and we are committed to creating a space where every dancer feels safe, included, and encouraged to be themselves. Thank you for being such an important part of our JCDA family and for helping us keep our studio a positive, safe place for all.
Please note that these policies are subject to change based on our requirements.
We thank you for your flexibility and patience.
