Photoshoot tips:

• ARRIVAL: Please arrive a minimum of 10 minutes prior to your time slot.

 • MAKEUP: Light stage makeup. Only use foundation if it is color matched to their skin. It is amazing what the camera picks up. Smaller dancers need not wear much makeup, if at all. Please use your best judgment.

 • TIGHTS: Clean, no holes or runs

 • SNACKS: It is suggested that your dancer has a light snack prior to photos, especially if they will be there for a few, but nothing that will color teeth. Please, no snacks in the photo room.

 • HAIR TIES: This very common for dancers to forget and I will do my best to catch any that do. Make sure there are no hair ties on wrists and preferably remove them prior to coming to the studio to avoid those lovely wrist marks.

 • NAIL POLISH: Please remove chipped fingernail and toenail polish prior to the photoshoot. 

 • TATTOOS: Please remove tattoos on dancers the day before the photoshoot. If done at the studio, their skin will be red from rubbing. 

***I also ask that parents do not enter the photo room during the shoot. I understand that this is sometimes very tempting, but I promise your littles are in good hands. This will help avoid confusion on where littles need to look and help the photo shoot go smoothly and on time.

***Please leave ALL corrections to CaseStudios photographer and/or J31 staff.

***During the photo shoot, please refrain from taking photos unless you are permitted Staff.  This includes behind the scene etc.
