Fill out our initial program survey. This helps us get to know you better and allows us to provide a custom journey tailored to you. (~5 mins)
Next, schedule a Google Meet with us, where we can answer any questions you have and help you understand full application process. (~20 mins)
Once we have verified your eligibility during our video chat, the first payment of $700* is due. Check out our Pricing page for ways to save!
As soon as this is paid, you may reserve a current job opening posted on our site. (Within 1 week of your interview)
*For SWT participants only. Intern applicants will receive a custom invoice based on their chosen program options.
After our meeting, we will send you a list of the documents you will need to apply for your visa.
Once you have gathered what you need, come back here to upload them. (1 week maximum)
Note: You must be signed into Google to securely upload documents. If you have any issues with uploads, try switching to Google Chrome.
We use information from your document uploads to fill out the application forms.
Once this is complete, we will send you a link for you to review them and check for errors. (48 hrs)
After all your paperwork is verified, you may formally accept your reserved job and housing contracts.
If you have not already reserved a job, or would prefer to wait for new options, we can submit your profile to our U.S. sponsor partners. They may review your profile and send job offers, although it is not guaranteed, and there may be additional fees and time involved. (1 week maximum)
Once we have your signed employment and housing contracts and verified documentation, we should have everything our sponsor needs to apply for your form DS-2019. The second payment of $700* is due at this time. (Payment is due within 48 hrs of accepting your job offer)
*For SWT applicants only. Intern applicants will receive a custom invoice based on their chosen program options.
After receiving your documents and payment, our sponsor will process your DS-2019 application. (4-6 weeks processing time)
You will be required to fill out your personal form DS-160 with the assistance of your student affiliate or a USA WorkTravel associate.
You are required to pay the filing fee on your own and this must be completed in order to schedule your embassy interview.
(Please complete this step as quickly as possible as any delay may affect your ability to finalize your travel plans or begin your program on time.)
This payment will be due upon completion of the DS-160; not paying will delay your embassy interview.*
