Who are we?

USA Work Travel by J-1 LLC is a dedicated U.S. recruitment agency committed to empowering J-1 Summer Work and Travel (SWT) and J-1 Intern participants. Since our inception, we’ve connected students, sponsors, and employers; creating opportunities that redefine the J-1 experience. Our mission is simple: to provide a premium J-1 journey at an affordable price.

Why the J-1 program?

Our story began in 2022 when we provided housing for six J-1 SWT participants from Thailand. That eye-opening experience revealed the triumphs and challenges students face. Since then, we’ve worked with over 250 students, gaining valuable insights into what works—and what doesn’t.

This experience inspired us to create J-1 LLC and www.J-1.org, a hub where J-1 SWT and Intern participants can access resources, tips, and everything they need to thrive during their time in the United States. Our goal is to make the process seamless, maximizing the value students receive from their investment in this unique visa program.

What is J-1.org?

Launched in 2023, www.J-1.org is an independent platform designed to elevate the experience of J-1 SWT participants. We began in Cincinnati, Ohio, as a local resource, helping students secure housing and additional job opportunities. Today, J-1.org serves students nationwide, providing essential tools and unbiased guidance.
