Animation
Recommended: A passing grade for one semester of Intro to Art, Painting/Drawing, and/or Computer Graphics. Students need to have basic computer skills.

College Prep Course
This course requires the use of Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects. Students must be comfortable working with complex computer software. Designed to expose students to a range of traditional and digital techniques used in stop-motion and 2D computer animation. Students will develop skills in drawing, writing, storyboarding, layout, and character design by creating individual and collaborative animations. This year-long course must be taken in sequence (fall-then spring).

Advanced Animation
Required Placement: A passing grade in Animation.

College Prep Course
This course is an in-depth extension of Animation with the intent to further develop the foundation of creating and understanding time-based art. Students will be working to improve skills/techniques and develop creative expression.
