To support all students in this new 3D approach to teaching and learning, NEIU proudly offers the Ambitious Science Teaching Academy Series. Ambitious teaching deliberately aims to support students of all backgrounds to deeply understand science ideas, participate in the activities of the discipline, and solve authentic problems. Lunch, a copy of the Ambitious Science Teaching guidebook and additional materials and resources will be provided to all participants.

To support all students in this new 3D approach to teaching and learning, NEIU proudly offers our summer STEELS Academy for Elementary Educators. This STEELS Academy deliberately aims to assist educators in building capacity and knowledge of the classroom shifts necessary to support PA STEELS Standards. Participants in this academy will leave with tools and knowledge to support students of all backgrounds to deeply understand science ideas, participate in the activities of the discipline, and solve authentic problems. Lunch each day, a copy of Rise and Thrive with Science book and additional materials and resources will be provided to all participants.
