I’m a full-stack web developer who loves tackling new and interesting problems every day. I originally studied music education and hold a Master’s degree in Jazz Performance, after realizing the limited job prospects in that field, I decided to pivot into coding and haven't looked back!
I am primarily self-taught, with a certificate in "Front End Development" from Udacity (an online learning platform).
I typically work from home and start my day at 9 a.m. We have a brief check-in each morning to discuss top priorities. After that, I spend most of the day focusing on those priorities, and I reach out as needed if I encounter any roadblocks. A few times a week, we have team Zoom meetings to check in and help each other with any challenges.
completed several courses on freecodecamp.org, including:
Responsive Web Design Certification
JavaScript Algorithms and Data Structures
Front End Development Libraries Certification
Additionally, I completed a Front End Web Developer course on Udacity.
So far, after being in my current role for a little over two years, I haven’t noticed significant changes. However, I'm always keeping an eye on industry trends.
I use AI occasionally, mainly to explore different approaches to problem-solving. While AI-generated solutions rarely work out of the box, they can be useful as starting points. You still need to know how to adapt and modify them to fit specific needs.

Patience
Determination
I’ve been surprised by how often I’m asked to do simple tasks like updating content on clients' WordPress websites. It's often quick, easy work!
