At least 10 years of experience in executive management of a technology and professional services company.

Describe your typical day.

Rarely have a day similar to the past few.  My priorities are: Business Strategy, Weidenhammer People, Finances and Clients.  Pretty much in that order.

What types of coursework or concepts did you study to prepare for this career? 

I studied engineering at Lehigh University where I learned software development, Systems Analysis & Design as well as the power of the scientific method as an approach to problem solving.  I also attended graduate studies at Lehigh with a focus on Finance.

How are you seeing your career changing? 

The one thing I have always loved about my career is that work in the technology industry is always changing.  Change seems to have been the only constant in our line of work.

How are you using artificial intelligence?

In its simplest form we use Microsoft CoPilot and other GLM & LLM Models.  However, we use AI in software development, software testing and for network security and intrusion detection and application security.

What are the three most important skills for your career? 

1. Commitment to lifelong learning

3. Ability to make decisions in ambiguous situations

What is one of the biggest surprises about your career? 

When the going gets tough, people think about their personal needs rather than the needs of their team.
