Here's a little insight into what I did at my internship.
At my internship, I support administrative and operational functions essential to effective service delivery. I assist with event planning and outreach, including creating flyers and organizing logistics to engage families and the community. I help advise parents on CCDF (Child Care Development Fund) eligibility and application processes, supporting access to critical childcare resources. I also handle inventory management, meeting preparation, and oversee front-desk responsibilities such as signing for packages and managing building access. Additionally, I collaborate with staff to maintain classroom operations, stepping in when extra support is needed. These experiences have strengthened my skills in communication, coordination, and administrative support within a childcare and health services setting.
