KITCHEN DRAWER: Things we mentioned as we discussed before the panel and during the panel that helped us reframe WHY we assess what we assess the way we assess it, AND how rubrics support those efforts, and what we see in student work that sparks new ideas about what we do/don't include on a rubric and why.

When panelists met to discuss rubrics, we also talked about articles that helped us think more deeply about larger issues related to assessment as well as student ePortfolios that inspired changes in the way we think about assessment. Some of those articles and student samples are shared in this area of the website.
