What have I learned?

Through this experience, I developed valuable skills in collaboration, strategic planning, and leadership. I learned how to foster open communication, encourage accountability, and maintain a shared vision among team members. The BSG simulation reinforced the idea that successful business performance depends not only on analytical ability but also on the strength and cohesion of the team behind every decision.
