As a team, we get together frequently to go over any updates, evaluate performance, and exchange thoughts. This keeps everyone in line with the hotel's standards. In addition, there are chances for staff members to offer input and work together to enhance procedures, whether in group settings or one-on-one conversations with managers. In general, the atmosphere cultivates a strong sense of teamwork, and I genuinely feel appreciated as a team member.
