Later in the day, students had all their questions ready for Bryan Smith, retired Luck Stone Mining Engineer! The Luck Stone guests brought rocks for students to examine and bring home, as well as presented some videos of his work in a quarry - including large calculated explosions! (we might have hit repeat a few times).
Our Math Lovers (see You in Pixels) may have a few new career options in mind after this day!
