Open Book Library
Open Book-Local NGO- has the goal of sharing pleasure of reading for All in a secure environment.
This small Book-Room is mainly a library with these rules :
1. Respect of the readers.
2. Respect of the books; as we are convinced that Books are simultaneously objects and subjects.
At its beginning, more than 20 years ago, the children decided to see it as a refuge and made the space their own.
Today a lot of them are part of our team of volunteers who join the 2 Librarians.
Therefore the doors can stay Open 7 days a week and a lot of projects can be developed.
