Course Description
Looking for an unforgettable adventure? Join us for our 5-day course in basic survival skills and techniques! You'll learn how to sustain life in any natural environment, including how to find water, food, and shelter. Plus, if you do this trip, you will be ready for any Duke of Ed's Adventurous Journey! Our trip is organized by 3E Outdoors, the official Duke of Ed Expeditions/Trainings agency. But it's not all hard work! During the course of the 5 days, we'll get to know each other through icebreakers and team challenges, and we'll even learn how to make personalized roasting sticks for our evening campfire. We'll focus on essential survival skills like starting a fire, building a shelter, and collecting water. Then, we'll spend the night bivouacking or sleeping in a tent listening to the sounds of nature. You will also be taken on a small adventure journey where we'll learn how to use maps and compasses while navigating our way through the countryside. We will also spend a day in Cesky Krumlov, renting scooters & abseiling. The program will culminate with a night survival scenario game.
