This year, we’re making sign-ups easier and clearer!
There are now two types of activities signup forms:
🟢 Seasonal ASAs – Fun activities that change each season, so you can try something new every season.
🟡 Year-Long ASAs – Activities that run all year long, like MathCounts, Robotics, Creative Writing, Changemakers, etc.
If you joined a year-long ASA in Season 1, you’re already signed up — no need to register again.
If you’d like to join a year long ASA mid-year, please use the Year-Long ASA Request Form.
If you are apart of a year long ASA and no longer wish to participate, please email Raina Smith (rsmith@isp.cz)
Sign up for as many activities as you want
Competitive sports require tryouts. ("Try it Out" Week)
Some activities have limited spots — first come, first served.
❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What is “Try it Out” Week?
A: A week to explore representative athletics before committing.
Q: Can I join after sign-ups close?
A: Yes — but you must get approval from the ASA leader/coach first, then email Raina Smith (rsmith@isp.cz) to confirm.
Q: Can I try more than one activity?
A: Yes, but watch for time conflicts.
Q: What’s the difference between a Year-Long ASA and a Seasonal ASA?
A: Year-Long ASAs (such as MathCounts, Falcontech Robotics) run through all three seasons.
Students who joined in Season 1 are automatically continued — no need to sign up again.
If you are new and wish to join mid-year, please email the ASA leader & Raina Smith for approval.
If you are currently part of a year-long ASA and wish to discontinue, please also email the ASA leader & Raina Smith to be removed.
Seasonal ASAs change each season and are open for new sign-ups through the Google Form.
Students are encouraged to try different activities each season.
Q: Are there fees?
A: Most are included in tuition; any extras will be listed (Mainly for Representative Activities/Athletics, e.g: MathCounts). Check SCIS/CEESA/OtherTrips for more information.
Q: Where do I get updates?
A: Always check this page — it’s the most current info.
Q: Where do I get my merch? Where do I buy it and pick it up?
A: Order via eShop, pick up at Main Reception. For exchanges/questions, visit our Activities office.
Q: Why can’t I sign up for ASAs? It’s not working.
A: Make sure you’re signing up with your school email address — personal emails won’t work. Also, the student should be the one signing up (not the parent). If you’re joining a representative sport, then parents should also be involved so they know about the homestay commitment and which week your family is available to host.
Q: I am a new family. How does my child get their ISP email and login details so we can sign up for ASAs?
A: All new students are provided with an ISP email and login by the IT department. Accounts are created during their first days at school and usually take a few days to set up.
👉 If your child has not yet received their login information, please contact the IT Help Desk: helpdesk@isp.cz
