As an extension of the ISP mission, the Activities and Athletics programme as a key learning environment that empowers, inspires and engages our community.
Activities and Athletics at the International School of Prague promotes the physical, psychological, moral and emotional well-being of our participants as well as opportunities to develop individual and collective responsibility for life-long learning, service and achievement.
Activities and Athletics adult leaders, student leaders and participant students work to co-create an environment where we can all be Curious, Competent, Compassionate, Changemakers.
We celebrate diversity, collaboration, and enthusiastic, joyful participation.
The Activities and Athletics programme covers a wide range of clubs across all three sections of the school; Elementary School (ES), Middle School (MS) and Upper School (US). Our programme is generally categorised into two main strands;
Recreational - meet regularly to develop skills, interest and enjoyment. (i.e. ES ASAs, MS & US clubs and societies)
Representative - meet regularly to develop skills, interest and enjoyment as well as work towards a culminating competition with other schools or organisations where we compete as The Falcons! (This is mainly in Middle and Upper School).

When are games/events/tournaments taking place?
Answer -> Please look at the "Activities/Athletics Calendar" under the calendars section of myISP (parent portal).
How much will team trips cost?
Answer -> Please review the estimated costs guide on the activities website HERE. Final costs are confirmed once numbers of participants and travel logistics are confirmed.
Where do I buy PHE uniforms and official Activities & Athletics travel merchandise?
Answer - these can all be ordered through the eShop and picked up at Main Reception, not the Activities Office.

At ISP we believe in the value of students engaging in a range of activities and athletic opportunities and a multi-season approach facilitates this. The three seasons are as follows;
Fall - September to mid-November. *
Winter - mid-November to mid-March.*
Spring - mid-March to early June.*
* Exact dates of these seasons are confirmed at the start of each school year in accordance with the school calendar and you can find this years dates HERE.
The vast majority of programmes run after school. However, some activities will take place before school, during lunch or in the evening depending on the needs of the individual club and facility availability. In general, activities and athletics take place at the following times:
ES - 15.35-16.25
MS - 15.45-16.45 (15.45-17.15 for Athletics)
US - 15.45-16.45 (15.45-17.30 for Athletics)
